By using the Job Fit Summary and the Career Options Spotlight, coaches can help individuals select the training or job that is best for them.

It is designed to support coaches to explain the benefits of using the career planning exercise to reflect upon their assessment results and to use those results to make career training and job search decisions. CareerNavigation.org can be used to varying levels. Some people benefit most from completing all the exercises and completing a three-step career plan. Most people only use a portion of the exercises. They get what they need from the initial exercises and only use the website to figure out their next job. Use only the parts that are most helpful to the test taker.
